Payments

These terms and conditions below outline the rules and regulations for the payments made for the services offered by BrightPath.

1. Payment Due Date

Payment must be made in full at the time of registration or as per the specific terms outlined in the invoice. Registrations will not be confirmed until payments are received in full.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer and cash. All payments should be made to the account details provided on the invoice or the registration form.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

All payments made are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued, regardless of withdrawal from the program or non-participation such as absent for the contest or classes.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

In the event of a cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be given the option to reschedule, or a credit note or a refund.

5. Late or Unpaid Fees

If payment is not received by the due date, BrightPath reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services until full payment is received. Late fees may apply for overdue accounts.

6. Force Majeure

BrightPath is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, services will be rescheduled where possible.

Registrations

By registering for our contests, classes or trainings, you agree to the following terms:

1. Participant Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the participant to be aware of and adhere to the contest fee information, contest information, schedules, location and rules.

2. Photograph and Recording Authorization: By registering, you (and for participants under 18, your parent/guardian) grant Bright Path Education the right to:

   1. Photograph, film, or video record you and/or your child.

   2. Make sound and voice recordings of you and/or your child.

      These images and recordings may be used for purposes such as, but not limited to, digital transmission, internet publication (including social media), promotional and educational materials, public exhibitions, or for research purposes in Laos and internationally.

      We assure you that any images or recordings will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws in Laos. Your data will be securely stored and will not be shared with unauthorised third parties.
      Should we decide to use any of the images or parts of the videos for public release or for any other purposes beyond those mentioned above, we will seek your explicit written consent and authorisation at that time.
